Kendall Wilson serves as the Human Resources Manager at Univa Disability Services, overseeing all facets of HR—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and workplace culture. Her role is central to ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and supports a high-performing and values-driven workforce.
Kendall began her journey in the community services sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, completing a Certificate III in Individual Support while living in Perth, WA. Upon relocating to Darwin, she joined United NT Disability Services as a support worker, where she developed a strong understanding of participant needs. Her dedication and capability soon led her to transition into a Receptionist and Administration Assistant role, further deepening her contributions to the organisation.
Through hard work and a genuine passion for people, Kendall advanced to her current position as HR Manager. Now based in Queensland, she continues to support United NT Disability Services remotely, while also embracing her new role at Univa Disability Services alongside Tarun and Gary. She is enthusiastic about bringing her skills and experience to help make Univa a thriving and impactful organisation.
