Kendall Wilson serves as the Human Resources Manager at Univa Disability Services, overseeing all facets of HR—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and workplace culture. Her role is central to ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and supports a high-performing and values-driven workforce.

Kendall began her journey in the community services sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, completing a Certificate III in Individual Support while living in Perth, WA. Through hard work and a genuine passion for people, Kendall advanced to her current position as HR Manager. Now based in Queensland, she continues to support United NT Disability Services remotely, while also embracing her new role at Univa Disability Services alongside Tarun and Gary. She is enthusiastic about bringing her skills and experience to help make Univa a thriving and impactful organisation.

Kendall is a strong advocate for equal opportunity and believes in empowering individuals to live life to the fullest. She champions inclusive practices that address the diverse needs of the community and works to foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and empathy.
