Frank Chan is the Rostering and Maintenance Coordinator at Univa Disability Services, responsible for creating and managing staff rosters to ensure consistent coverage and compliance with work hour regulations. In addition, he oversees the upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring operations remain safe, efficient, and well-coordinated.
Frank’s professional journey began in 2008 as a Facilities Coordinator, where he spent five years as the primary point of contact for 250 luxury villa owners. In this role, he managed day-to-day maintenance requests and coordinated tasks with both in-house teams and subcontractors for planned and corrective maintenance. Before this, he gained three years of valuable experience in Dubai’s hospitality industry, further shaping his expertise in service and operational management.
Following his time as a Facilities Coordinator, Frank joined a newly established sister company of one of the UAE’s top 10 corporate facilities management firms, Etisalat. Over the next decade, he managed the company’s Procurement and Logistics Department, laying down essential processes and procedures that contributed significantly to its growth and efficiency.
In late 2022, Frank relocated to Australia with his family and joined United NT Disability Services in Darwin as the Rostering and Maintenance Coordinator. He continues to manage operations there and is now eager to extend his support to Univa Disability Services placements across Queensland.
Frank’s unwavering commitment to excellence and operational integrity makes him a valuable asset in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of services across both organisations.
